Adrik Place

If you like to live in a cardbaord box, then we have the place for you. The walls are so thin you can hear people getting into and out of bed. There pretty much isn't anything that you cannot hear. We can hear our neighbors fan (that's in their bathroom) in our unit. It is spacious, with a nice garage, but that is about it. Our kitchen has no room for food. The carpet is very thin. After a lightening storm we got cracks in our ceiling. We have a large window by our kitchen that is nice, except our neighbors have one directly across and we can peer directly into their apartment at all times. Our duplex is a little bigger because we have the double garage which is nice. Parking is not bad on our side, we have the entire street, but there have been break-ins. This year we have gone through 3 landlords, we had Jackson and it took them a month and a half to fix our dishwasher which broke our first week we were here. Then we went to Stebner, and if you like getting threatening notes on your door, and changes to the lease daily, than they are pretty great. We have just changed to Landmark, and we really haven't gotten a chance to know them. However, they have started cleaning up the area. On the brochure they talk about a pond with a nice walking trail. First of all the pond is a muddy hole, and there is no walking trail.
