manager was horrible

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
loud neighbors, horrible manager. Says I left apartment wreck, when it was super clean. Refused to give back deposit. Called my wife, who at the time had a different appartment there. And swore at her and accused her of lieing and refused to give her her refund. Over all awful
