	Affordable, occasionally noisy people on the stairs, building, grounds & laundry room could definitly use more attention. Manager was friendly, but hardly ever there. If you decide to move, be prepared to fight for your deposit.

	I have lived at Bakerview for almost six years. It has gone from questionable to fairly nice. Manager is consistenetly improving the property and clientele. I would reccommend my friends to live here.
