Expensive but Nice...

I moved into Barkley Trail in Feb 2006. I was asked to pay $30 per month extra for signing only 6 months lease instead of 12, which I haven't encountered before. My unit is however spacious, clean and private with two lovely decks and a balcony off my kitchen with a wetlands behind me. Overall I am pleased with everything except the parking which is atrocious. Not only did I not get a reserved spot with my expensive rent, but 80% of the parking is reserved and a car is abandoned in from of my building!!
