I have been a resident at Barkley Trails for three years and I have had it with this place! Since I moved in this place has gone through four managers, none of which seem to like their job and do anything to help you. Any of your maintenance issues will be set on the back burner, so please don??t break anything in or outside of your apartment.
The parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE! Good luck on finding a space to park and if you do happen to find a place you will have to pay $20.00 on top of your already expensive rent. Security is non excitant and becoming a serious issue for a lot of residents. I keep hoping this place will get better, but I am living in a wishful thinking state of mind. Good luck on finding a place to live!

ive lived in barkley park for three years and im lucky not to have to deal with parking as im disabled. i can say getting others to respect your peace and quiet is a nightmare as folks move in others move out and the ones who move in are trouble from the word go.plus getting management to do anything about the problem is a nightmare as you can tell them tell they are blue in the face and theyll say theyll do something then dont and let the problem proceed. plus everyyear the rent has gone higher and higher as though greed is the motive. yes its beautiful here but like you said theyve gone through some four managers and they only seem to get worse ones every time they lose one. im disabled and to get them to respect my complaints against other neighbors who think they can party till two am and be the cause of my disability flair up is tough. yes i love the surroundings and beauty plus the local but the enough is enough. they are losing great tenants for bad ones . i can only handle so much. they go through tenants like its going out of style. plus in order to have half way decent parking you have to pay for it so the not covered parking is more popular. people even take up disabled parking who arent disabled and management doesnt do a thing about it. so be fairwarned right now

I am sure you lived here for three years, because it is not easy to move. It's expensive and hard. If it was easy i would be moving.
