I moved in this apartment because I have outside cats and they did not have a problem with outside cats. Now that I re-newed my lease the outside cat thing is a big deal. They lied in the newletter about why they didn't want outside cats also ( I know the truth). The article that they put in about the cats was very rude. I also had a problem with moving in my friends, because one of them had a drug conviction 5 years ago, but has not even had a drink since then. However there are people that live here that use drugs. There are always people drunk at the pool at night. However I can't have my completly clean friend here. Way to expensive too. My dryer has not worked that well since I've moved here and they never will fix it.

You sound bitter and ridiculous. I've lived there too - and have known people that have lived there for 5 years that have cats. You cat should stay indoors - whatever your issues are - take a pill and chill! Drug convictions are serious - if you suspect a drug problem with a certain tenant you should report it to the police or to managment - otherwise you're just making assumptions and not allowing the proper people to handle the issues! I read the same newsletter as you - and did not see the article as rude - the pet policy has always been that your pets should be indoor pets - this is private property and whatever the owner chooses to enforce as the rules are at their dicression. If you really don't like it at Barkley Trails - find somewhere else to live!

I have lived at barkley for a year, and when I moved in one of the draws was there were no out door pets allowed! I hate coming out to my car in the morning and finding paw prints up my hood, over my windshield, across my roof, and down my back window. Not to mention I have come home to a tom pissing on my door! And if your dryer doesn't work right say something! They fixed my sink and door in less than a week.
