I've lived at Barkley Trails for more than a year now. I've had great experiences with management always addressing my concerns promptly. Maintenance has always been handled in a timely manner. My 2 kids love it here as well. I've met my neighbors from various buildings all who have been great. I really like that they do the credit and criminal check - to weed out the riff raff of the community. I love that I can walk to the post office, the grocery store and bank all within 5-10 minutes.
