I have a 1-bedroom, 1-bath. Although I wouldn't buy this place if it were offered as a condo, as it was built appallingly cheap, but it's a decent, clean, quiet place. Works well for me in the interim. Nicole, the manager has been very nice and accommodating. I've not had any problems maintenance-wise. The only beef I have are my fellow tenants, the majority of whom seem to be in their 20's, early 30's. Idiotic, fast driving through the parking lots, parking in handicap-marked stalls. My boyfriend has a son who uses a wheelchair and multiple times haven't had a place to park and gain access to the apartment because the handicap spot was being used by some thoughtless and selfish idiot.
