Lived here for a year and would recommend it to anyone. The 2 bedroom apt we rented was fairly spacious with a very good sized kitchen and bathroom though there was a lot of wasted space due to some odd angles in one of the bedrooms, making it hard to place furniture there and the adjoining living room.
Management staff have been most helpful and loved how fast it was to get maintenance to fix anything in the apartment; they would normally respond within the day itself or the day after.
The building itself seem like it might have been cheaply made though as the walls are somewhat thin and you could easily hear your neighbours' stereo or tv. The cabinets and other woodwork (like closet doors) also seem to be poorly made.
Environment wise, I loved that there was really nice and well maintained landscaping with lots of flowers and shrubs. Note that it does get alot of college age kids so be prepared for parties that go on until 4am.
Location was really good. It is a few minutes walk to Fred Meyer's on Bakerview and places like Papa Murphy's, Baskin Robbins, Subway, Blockbuster and Compucare. It is on the main bus line with buses every 15mins that'll take you to either Downtown or to the Cordata station.
