I'm 22 and have lived here contentedly for a year now. Most of the tenants seem in their late 20's, I assume because the size and cost is a little bit bigger than most college-aged kids are looking for. Maintenance and staff are very professional and accommodating and keep out of tenants business. Inside fixtures, though a little cheaply made, look modern and neutral. All the units I've seen have huge kitchens for there size. The studios are especially very spacious. Landscaping is kept very neat all year round and the grounds are well-lit at night. Some of the tenants are a bit rowdy, though, and a lot of people drive too fast through the parking lots.
