I am still waiting for my damage deposit back from then and it has been since 11/4/08 and today is 1/3/09. They said they sent it but I never received it and I had to call numerous times with saying to wait a couple of more days or just no anwser during business hours. I'm frustrated that someone there cannot physically put it in the mail and promise that the check will be there by certain time. Have they heard about fedex. I bet if I didn't pay my rent on time I will receive a late fee or nasty letter from them to move out. I don't think it's fair that I can't physically go there to pick-up because I MOVED away. Also, they took out $320 out of my deposit which I don't know if it is fair. If you check out, make sure they go it with you. Thanks for reading....
