The property managers(Apex Property Management) are a joke. My Dishwasher broke and they tried to charge me for the plumber come out to fix it ><. They "neglected" to tell us that right after we were to move in that construction would start. Every morning we wake up to hammers and saws. I hate this apartment and would recommend living under a bridge before I'd recommend this place. Parking is VERY bad here. If you rent a 2 bedroom apartment you are supposed to get 2 parking spots, which is not the case here for about half of the tenants renting 2 bedrooms. The only other place to park is on the road 0.o. The tenants here are untrustworthy too.
