I had serious noise problems in these apartments. I could always hear my upstairs neighbors walking around late into the night and early morning. One of my next door neighbors was prone to having drunken parties--though she eventually left it was hard to get any sleep for a few months. There are A LOT of students that live here.--Be wary, if you aren't interested in living next to noisy students--there are plenty here.--A big problem in Bellingham, in general. It is nice that you don't have to pay for cable. It's included in the price. The pool and spa are nice. Parking can be a big problem. We had two cars and had to park at the other end of the complex at times and sometimes at the Albertson's next door. I would mainly recommend these apartments to students or people that don't mind noise.
