If you would like to live in an apartment that is quiet and spacious as well as all facilities up and working correctly...then this complex is NOT for YOU! First of all the lack of urgency regarding important plumbing,and maintenance is severely lacking...secondly you pay a whole lot more than you thought you would at the end. Thirdly, The amenities rarely are in working condition and are not open at convenient times. There is only one reason to dump any money into this place and that is if you are out on the street and have no where else to go.( As long as rooms at the mission are full that is! ) Just don't believe anything that the Management has to tell you, Brampton Court Apartments will nickel and dime you till you are penniless with a smile! On a final note-When you move in (if you take the gamble) then be prepared for an apartment that is not prepared correctly! In my experience many things were not installed or in working order on the move in date.

I and my mother both reside at Brampton Court apartments and I am extremely disgusted by this poster's review of Brampton Court. I have lived here for a year and my mother has been here 2 1/2 years. We are both very pleased with Brampton Court. Every time I have reported some kind of problem or maintenance issue it has been responded to promptly and completely. I was extremely pleased with the condition of my apartment on move-in and I know for a fact that the people who do the cleaning when someone moves out take it very seriously and practically break their backs to get the apartments spotless. As for the amenities, I don't find the hours to be unreasonable. If you want to use a hot tub in the middle of the night then you should probably take a bath. In my own experience the management has been very cooperative and friendly. In fact, the maintenance manager took some of her personal time to install a ceiling fan in my dining room, which I greatly appreciated. People need to keep in mind this is apartment living. There are over 100 units in this complex. Whenever you have people living in this kind of environment there are going to be issues. If you can't stand neighbors then maybe you should move out of town. The only complaint I could ever voice about Brampton is the same complaint I have about all of Bellingham, the parking is not that great. Other than that I love living here and don't plan to move until I want to buy a house. And as for the above poster, if you're that nitpicky and petty then good riddance we're better off without you.
