Brampton court Is way too expensive for the size and location of apartment. They are in a pretty bad area and the size of apartments are TINY! They are pretty much a eye sore. They need to repaint this building BAD. THe kitchen is SOOOOOOOOO small. You can hear your neighbors cough, sneeze, yell or even getting intimate all hours of the night. Sounds like its in the next room. Parking used to be a HUGE problem but so many units are open its not much of a problem anymore. They try to keep the grass nice and landscaping decent. Its just not worth what you pay for a tiny apartment in a bad area. Since I have lived here there has been a fire and a stabbing in broad daylight. Both in which made me feel so afraid and unsafe. They need to stop raising the rents here because its pretty much a ---- hole. Nice staff but thats about it. The side by BigLots are terrible...the people dont pick up there dog messes on that side....it just looks terrible. THe side by the creek is very nice people always pick up there dog messes and grass is nice. I dont know I have mixed feelings about this place.
