I lived at Cascade Meadows for two years. At first, the parking attendant on site was a pain in the ass. My car almost got towed once even though I had a parking permit in the window. Guest parking was terrible. Since the attendant is gone, things are much better. The neighbors were extremely noisy--some thug always yelling at his girlfriend, and kids running around screaming all the time. The apartments themselves were very nice, spacious, ideal for college roommates. Bathrooms are inside the bedrooms, so you have a lot of privacy but it's weird for guests to go through your bedroom to use the bathroom. Right next to Whatcom Comm. College. Good location.
The office is run by a bunch of MEAN girls who act like you are wasting their time.
