I've lived at this apt. complex for over 6 months and am extremely happy with almost every aspect of my experience in living here.
When I first rented the apartment the only thing I was unhappy about was having to come up with close to a $400 deposit and only get $150.00 of that back when I move out.
The manager of the complex is great, upbeat and very friendly, but the office staff have a high turnover rate. They have had some bad apples working there and now it seems to be much better.
They also have redone the main clubhouse to an almost new condition, which has a work out room, billard and common area for residents to hang out!
They are run by the Housing Authority and therefore people on Section 8 can lease from them for a prorated fee....which is very helpful!
You'll be happy with the quality of the apartments, I know I am!
