it was pretty much a disaster...me and my room-mates were kept up all hours of the night by our upstairs neighbors who were constantly running around and stomping whether it was 5pm or 3 am. our neighbors below us on either side seemed extreamly nice and never had any complaints. our negibors across the hall always were acting shady and had tons of people over all the time but not very much noise was heard. our other up stairs negibors we believed to be drug dealers because of all the traffic in and out of there apartment...they were extramly rude and had no consiteration for others.....the noise levels are pretty good next door to each other but the celings and floors are extremly thin...so u cant really make much noise without disturbing the others in ur complex.
