these apts are downtown, so everything is very close and convienent. the apts themselves are very cute, and mine had a balcony. the apartments are a little small (my 1bed was just under 500sq feet), and there is no allotted parking, so you can park on the street (at the metered parking, where i accumulated $170 worth of parking tickets), or at a lot for about $30/mo. If you don't have a lot of stuff (or a car), these are great.
