The nice thing is that they're new and it's in an awesome neighborhood. The neighborhood was the reason I was willing to come this far from WWU, but I have a car so it wasn't really an issue. I have a two bedroom and it's a nice size, the apartment itself is narrow, but large it can make furniture arrangements difficult. The bedrooms are awkwardly shaped so it makes it difficult to fit a queen size bed or larger and then the rest of your bedroom furniture. The parking spaces are indeed small even for a compact car it can be difficult to fit your car in, but there is always parking on the street and I've never heard of a break in. One thing you do have to be aware of is the mold and mildew problem. My apartment has had a serious mildew problem in our bedroom windows because we can't use our heater to keep it dry enough, and getting it off stripped the paint off the window seal and the window seal itself is chipping off, honestly that's my biggest complaint. We don't hear our neighbors that often, at least not anymore than I have at other apartments, just don't go in thinking its going to be completely silent like a house would be. They are a little expensive but you're living in a better, safer neighborhood and they're new.
