Have lived here for one year and found it not worth the cost. I tried to get the city to start recycling here and was told that it had been shut down because of diapers and other nasty garbage that kept being thrown in the recycle bins. There is a lot of vandalism, drugs, and such. I have had people at the pool cuss at me for the way I looked at them (hello high school), other people's underwear thrown in with my laundry, two attempted break-ins, one incidence of theft, and several cigarette butts left burning on my car!!! And rents are up again. Did I mention that there is exactly one parking spot per person and NO visitor parking' And yes, the manager is not a friendly lady.
