My girlfriend and I have lived her for 6 months now, and these apartments have been a great place to live. We are within walking distance of both Sunset Square and Barkley Village, and have had no problems with the management or residents.

Clean, affordable and well-maintainted; we have enjoyed having access to a pool and fitness center. The noise level is moderate, but overall a decently peaceful place to live. The staff do try to make you feel welcome.

Parking is a negative. There have been issues with cars parked illegally and blocking other cars in. Each is assigned one space but many do not park in their space which creates problems for other residents. It is hard to have guests over because of the parking situation.
