The staff is extremely friendly and maintenance has been done in a quick and efficient manner. And I have to admit that the price and square footage is pretty good. However, my feelings are mixed because of the atrocious parking situation (only one space per apartment, people constantly parking in the wrong spaces, and no visitor parking at all) and the neighbors. There is loud music blasting late into the night and we were approached by someone trying to sell us drugs (not just weed, but the hard stuff) on the first day we moved in. A lot of the neighbors are pretty trashy. Also, the fitness center has very little equipment, the kitchen appliances are old, there is no storage, and there is very little cabinet and counter space. I think the place would be decent, though, if the staff could somehow confront the parking, noise, and drug issues going on with some of the tenants.
