For the out of control towing that has been taking place the last few days...... We have rights......

Rules can not be changed whenever they feel like it.......
For those who may not know your rights....
The LANDLORD TENANT LAW STATES
Month-to-Month Agreements: If the
landlord wants to change the provisions of
a month-to-month rental agreement, such
as raising the rent or changing rules, the
tenant must be given at least 30 days notice
in writing. (Less notice is not allowed under
the law.)

Leases: Under a lease, in most cases, changes
cannot be made unless both landlord and tenant agree to the proposed change or if the lease specifically authorizes the change.


So cinsidering how they love to change rules every other day.. WE ARE PROTECTED... Let your voice be heard.

What rules have changed? You think you are someone special and can park wherever you want? You know parking is limited. I am sure this isn't your first time to write on here either... How many posts do you have 3,4,5? I bet many of them are from you and your petty neighbors. You guys obviously need to get a life! If you don't like it here get the &*%# out! You already got the last manager fired know you are going to try for this one... It's not going to work this time I don't think. The office is probably on to you...

Ok I think everyone is wright to some extent. We do have a new manager who seems to be doing his job. He runs all by policy, doesn't change the rules. I think this summer will be nicer and everyone will be happier. As for those who write nasty reponses u shouldn't everyone has the right to express their opinion, curse words just show how ignorant u r. If u don't like whats being written than don't come on this site.
