I recommend you stay away like it's infected with the plague. My biggest issue when I first moved in was the atrocious parking situation. There is no visitor parking and 1 space per apartment assisgned. You can rent a garage but it's pretty pointless since people park in front of them. Management always promises to tow them, I've seen it happen twice in 2 years. The office staff, while can seem pleasant, is incompetent. They never tell you the whole story on anything and promises are never kept. Every time I signed a new lease they raised my rent. There is an exercise room with some decrepit old equipment, and the pool can be nice but it's open for maybe 2 months out of the year and never opened when they say it will be. The apartments themselves are not bad, they have large windows and I hear they've been putting in new carpet. There is NO security. I had my car window smashed right outside my bedroom window. It can be quiet a lot but frequently there will be people yelling in the driveways or honking their horns at 11 o'clock at night. Maintenance takes forever to respond. The office isn't even open during the hours they say it will be, and that goes for the onsite laundry as well so good luck trying to get your laundry done any hours other than when the office is open, which is probably when you're at school or work. They have an after hours emergency number, which no one ever responds too. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with these people, and while I hoped the new management would be better it has ultimately turned out to be worse.
