Ok I've lived at Evergreen Ridge for about two years, have gone thru three Managers, Where ----- thought she was better than everyone else, and treated everyone like they were trash.Then ----- who was worthless since she had way too much too do off site and told everyone about it. Now let me start this portion off by saying that if you want any information that will pan out go to ------- the Assistant Manager, or ------ the leasing agent, they will at least give you a knowledgeable answer as to what is going on. Then we have ------ who has topped all the managers in a few areas, such as where ----- solved things by ignoring them ------ will wade in and ultimately make thing's worse, she has started verbal arguments with tenants over parking spaces, loudly stateing at one point that the tenant could go ahead and call corporate since ----- was her dad. I have witnessed her flipping tenants off that she has had disagreements with. I know of two occations where the police have been called to her apartment for domestic disturbance, upon that happening I wondered why she's still living here let alone manager because any other tenant would have been kicked out. She has alway's been very open with the fact that she's daddie's girl and nothing can touch her,all I can say is I hope daddy take's care of the situation before she get's the whole corporation in trouble.
As for the actual apartment complex, slowly but surley it's cleaning up but you've still got the drug dealers and the parking situation does suck because current management has not taken any suggestions on how to fix it, or even tried to find a suitable fix for it, and there have been many suggestions. Then you had better hope that the carpet in your apartment has been changed because even for health reason's you couldent get it fixed and most have been in the apartment for at least 10 years, I clean mine once a month and the spot's are breeding. I've been told that ----- wont pay for it so I can just sit and hope my children (who have asthma)dont die. Maintenace is done in a timely manner now but it's very half assed and usually not up to the standard's you would hope paying as much as you do. The police have stated that this apartment coplex is one of the top two in the city for drug's so like I stated if this is your last hope of having some where to live with your children then try and move in, but if you dont have children live on the street's they have a better manager and they are maintained better.
