I have lived at Evergreen Ridge for only a few months, but, I am coming to realize that I should have thought my living choices through a bit better. I had heard that this complex was going to be cleaned up, and that since there was going to be new management, things would start to be done in a professional manner.. Since my arrival, There has been 2 domestic violence calls put in to the police department, these would stem from the Manager beating up her partner.I have had to deal with Hookers plying their trade in front of my children, drug deals being made in broad daylight, and Management threatening residents and their friends. Maintenance is done within the required 72 hours, but, everything is so half assed that you could probably do a better job yourself. Management will become vindictive and look for any reason to evict you if by chance you decide to complain in any way about how she does or does not do her job. She has been know to stab people in the back for offenses like, not agreeing with her, not performing to her standards, or even deciding to slow your friendship down so you don't have to watch the abuse of one of your close friends. If you are looking for a place to live and this complex is your absolute last resort, come on in... There are residents here that really care... but, be warned Management and the drug dealers, hookers, and gang members will not be on your side.

If your unhappy go else where this developement can't stop you if all this mess is true and we know it is because the meeting where the police lady came she said it was true. Evergreen would have to let you out of your lease. Don't wait for your lease to be up start a petition. demand your deposit and move on. When they go from ------ to that man how ----- here as manager I'm out of here.

I do have to agree with you I live in these appartments and I have been treated poorly by the management. The manager has been harasing me since i have moved in.

I always knew there were crazy things that went on here I would just ignore it. there is a lot of parents in this place that dont care if thier children swear and hit other children, i have heard mothers call thier kids a**hole by shouting it across the parking lot. these kids look like gangsters, even the little first graders. The current manager has had the cops over to her house more than once, and her kids arent exactly well behaved. they swear talk about death and are violent. kids are a reflection of the parent. this isnt exactly the nices place to live, you get what you pay for. but on the other hand i would stay here if parking was resolved, and the manager show some responsibility for her actions. its embarrassing to have the cops come for the manager, or when people are visiting and yelling of profanity can be heard echoing through the buildings from the managers house. Lead by example and get off your high horse. you are no better than the rest of us and you need to see your faults and take responsibility for them and not blame them on other people. you are no smarter than us. you are a 25 year old with four kids. you have issues and you need to stop hiding behind your "dad". Learn some professionalism and dress the part. sometimes you look like a bum and not like a manager. take a tip from the other girls in the office. get your hair done your lip waxed and put some makeup on
