Wow I hope im never this naive to settle down in a place such as this one ever again. Evergreen Ridge Apartments has the most problems I have ever seen which mostly stems from managment. The Manager (------) is the most ignorant, arrogant, and most uneducated person i have ever met in my life. I have not seen her down in that office in weeks. I could have sworn i saw her smoking pot while i was walking around the property and i even had the cops ask me which one was her (the managers) apartment in which i showed them where it was to be located at. Although to spite our manager, ------ the assistant manager is a very nice young lady and helps me in everyway possible . She is very knowledgeable about everything and has no problem explaining why, unlike our manager.

I would like to say that although there have been numerous problems I have not had a problem w/the office or mainteance. The girls in the office are nice and maybe sometimes the girl w/the ------- isn't to nice but shes young and has no experience. Ignorance is bliss.

Ignorance is only bliss, if you are the one who is ignorant, NOT the one having to deal with it. When a person takes a position, they should have the qualifications that the job requires, not just have it about the fact that her family runs the place. I understand making mistakes, but, making them and not caring about it because Daddy will save you is inexcusable. There are lots of people who suffer because of one persons' lack of interest in anything that is not relevant to her personal life.

ok i can figure out who u are, you are the assistant manager. you have been trying to get brandys job since the day you came in, you are a 13itch and have never been respectful except to new people. You bring in more trash on top of those that are there,i admit brandy has some things she needs to work on but she has started to clean the place up. Look at you, you are so pathetic trying to act like a resident. So sad

I'm not a resident, but to see two grown people use this public forum to hash out problems that should be talked about face to face isn't very becoming and I'm wondering why I'm even interested in looking into living there. You all need to grow up.
