Biggest headache is the cable -- only a local cable is available, no digital, 46 total channels, lousy channel guide (remember the 70's). Apartments are decent size (800 sq ft for 2 room), but dated. Generally quiet, although I do have quiet neighbors. Management is a little overbearing, taping newsletters to the door telling everyone not to park backwards, feeding the raccoons will get them kicked out, etc. Grounds maintenance is good -- curbs are swept, altough it's been a while since new shrubs were planted. Overall, it's OK. Moved in because of short lease period (6 mos min.).
