Quality apartment community amid a park and evergreen trees

This apartment complex, together with its adjacent property, Padden Creek Apartments, has location, location, location on the southside of Bellingham. Just a mile to the historic district to the west or Interstate 5 to the east.

Very quiet. Upscale tenants.

A fine value in apartment living.
