Moved in because of the location and landscaping. It seemed like good deal; quieter than the surrounding college apartments and not a bad price.

The management is unprofessional and, to steal a word from a fellow reviewer, "overbearing." Notes get taped to doors reminding you of rules you've broken that may or may not be in your contract threatening towing your car, calling the pound and/or kicking you out.

The clincher is the fact that only a selection of the tenants get these notes for rule-breaking... some of the quiter tenants seem to be left alone even when they do break rules.

If you're going to move in here definitely spend the extra money and get the shorter lease (it's worth it) and make sure you ALWAY get reciepts so you don't get accused of not paying something like your pet deposit.
