These are old and poorly maintained apartments. The pool was not usable a single day during 2007 with the excuse that they were waiting for parts. Both of our vehicles were damaged in wind storms due to shingles blowing off the roof (act of God, not their fault, they say). The road into the Apartments is not plowed and ices up every time it snows, to the point of needed chains to get up the very small hill to get your vehicle off the main road. The one saving grace is the nice staff, even if they don't really help much.
