Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
I have lived at the Foothills for 4 years and have been very content. The staff are courteous and since they also live on the property they are aware of noise levels and general care of the grounds, which are well maintained. My workorders have always been taken care of promptly and my property has always been treated with great respect. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is seeking a quiet, affordable place to live in the foothills area.
