My roommate and I lived in the Foothills apartments for 1 year and each had our cars broken into, mine once and my roommate's 3 times! We were told that security lighting would be put in over the parking lot but that never happened. Inside our apartment we had mold in both bathrooms, a dishwasher that stunk, and a fridge with oozy liquid in the bottom. My roommate had a leak in the roof in her room and she was told to hang buckets from the ceiling to catch the drips! Her bedspread has stains on it from the leaky roof! I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, there are creepy people hanging out around the apartments at all hours and unfriendly people living next door as neighbors. Do not rent from this complex.
