They are very large apartments huge bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for an excellent price, but it isn't the best area, and the grounds aren't clean all of the time. Also the garbages are always full and overflowing. Noisy disgruntled children all around outside, especially in the summer. But no noise from neighbors. Parking can be stressful b/c no assigned parking, but great for visitors. Great place if you don't mind keeping to yourself (odd neighbors) and don't mind the look of the outside.
