I have lived here for two years now and don't think there is a better place to rent in Bellingham. The rents are excellent for the quality of the apts. Teri the manager is the greatest! Something breaks it is fixed immediately, or as close to immediatly as possible. The complex is always clean. The neighbors are all friendly and respectful. As the previous reviewer noted, the freeway noise does take some getting used to, but you really only hear it if the windows are open, the place is quite sound-proof. All in all it has been an excellent experience so far!
