The walls are paper thin and the parking sucks. Apex is horrible about getting around to maintenance requests, but I think that's a common theme with that rental company. The rooms are decent sized, and the amenities (w/d, dw) are all on site, but I don't plan on living here another year. The parties that go on through out week almost always end up on someone's balcony, so if you happen to sleep on that side of the building, good luck getting any sleep.
