These apartments aren't too bad, but APEX doesn't do anything to help with problems. The maintenance crew is a great group of people, but they management does not prioritize complaints over every day maintenance. My wife and I had mold problems and ant problems. Although both were reported to Apex neither got resolved, so we dealt with them the best we could. In the end my wife was bitten several times by roaming ants. Raid and Traps only go so far. Really there are only a couple horrible things about these apartments #1 Apex has no customer service skills. #2 Parking is horrible, and no matter what anyone says there is not enough visitor parking. My car was scratched up a few times due to other drivers, because it's soooo tight.
On to some good things. The apartments look nice. Maintenance does general upkeep to the cosmetics of the grounds (huge selling point by the way). The price was good 565.00 for a 1 room seemed reasonable on a college students income. Really You can bump it up to 600 and find something with onsite management and probably more friendly general management...
