The new management is excellent! I love it here! There is always enough parking with bright lights! Very close to 7-11, Subway and Papa Murphey's for those late night snacks! My neighbors are nice and it is a great location because everything is in walking distance. Maintenance is quick to respond and they do a good job fixing anything. There is on-site management in case of emergencies. The management recently put in new machines which work great! This complex is very affordable and I always have low electric bills because they are so well insulated! Also, I never turned my heat on in the winter because apartment stayed pretty warm (might be different for a ground unit)! I have never heard my neighbors either and the complex is pretty quiet. Overall, this is a great place to live and I really recommend it to all!
