I'd have to agree with the last review, the apartments are pretty nice, they stay very warm the heating bill is always cheap. It's close to everything and is pretty inexpensive for Bellingham.
However, the onsite laundry is way too expenise and it's really small there's no where to sit, so you can't really stay with your laundry. If you have a pets beware the pet deposit for a small dog is $1,000 and $500 deposit for a cat.
Overall I really love it and would recommend looking at it.
