I lived in these apartments for three years and never had any problems. The manager was always very nice and helpful - though she can be quite a talker when all you really want is to make a quick run to the office and leave. Her husband always came up to fix anything that was broken right away. I didn't mind the parking situation - it really was not a big deal though reading the reviews it may seem like it since people like to b***h and moan about it. The bedrooms are big, especially in the one bedroom apt...huge really if you have looked at other bellingham apartments at a similar price. These are really a good deal, close to school and (depending on which building you're in), have a pretty view of Mt. Baker.
