I just moved out recently at the end of my lease. I recieved the refundable part of my deposit and never had a problem with the building. I like to think that I hold a higher standard in terms of renting, but apartments are apartments. I can tell you, one time I had a garbage disposal problem and when I phoned the manager, It was taken care of in a blink. well half an hour, I was even shocked. I like the fire place and washer and dryer in my unit...Overall, great experience!!
