Hard to beat the size for the money - the 3 Br/2Ba is 1150 sq ft. for less than 650/mo. Some issues with the type of tenants these rates attract. Overall, worth a look though, they were brand new in late 1997/early 1998 with all new appliances and w/d in each unit. Close to community college and shopping but still slightly removed from it - though construction is starting to fill in the fields. Nicest apartments I have ever lived in - although I think that says more about the other places I have lived than it does about these. Parking is the worst problem with covered spaces not assigned but rented out. If you didn't get one - tough.
