The apartments are nice and the managements is pretty good but... It is an income qualify property so some of your neighbors dont seem to care about others and there are alot of kids some of which dont play were they are suppose to so you have to watch out forthem in the parking lot. If you are looking for a nice large apartment at a nice rate then this place will do. Just be patient with the move in paper and qualifying with your income. The new management is doing better at getting the undesirables out of the complex than the old management when we moved in about 4mths ago.
