Parking definately a problem, TONS of car prowls (Police don't care) don't even park a Honda anywhere near mpa. maintence was very prompt, office staff are awesome. The pool was disgusting! stuff floating in it, I didn't notice any chlorine when I was in it. Hot tub is great though. Definate mold problem, esp in older buildings. very cheap electricity bills.
