Office and Maintenance staff are great! But thats about the only real perks here. Its quite often noisy, a lot of people here dont have consideration for thier neighbors, I would recommend living here if you are in college and dont have a job because it definatley has a dorm appeal to it. Over priced as are 95% of apartments in Bellingham. Parking is pretty bad, only 1 assingned space for each apartment, tenants and thier visitors dont have any consideration for your assinged space and the office wont tow the cars(the only downside to the staff). All in all a great place to live if you are in the party scene, but if not then I would not recommend Maple Park.
