Unless you like vomit on sidewalks, avoid maple park. It is definately the type of place where college kids, with a beer allowance from their parents, live, not the type of place for people looking to have an adult life, let alone anyone with children. The management (not all, but some) were very rude and did not lift one finger to solve problems, except when I threatened legal actions. Please avoid this place.
AND IT WAS OVERPRICED!!!!
