I lived at 1709 E Maple st. on the second floor for 9 months. The manager repeatedly left the office early, the pool is ALWAYS closed, and she actually got in a screaming match with me because I wanted to use the hot tub and she claimed someone was already using it and I didn't live there so I couldn't use it anyway. It's way overpriced, the management is the worst, parking sucks, and the two bedroom apartment is only good if you get the big bedroom.
