I would not recommend this apartment complex unless you qualify for government assistance. We pay full rent and still must disclose all our personal finances every time they ask. This is supposedly once a year, but management keeps changing and they "lose" your information. Our apartment is mostly quiet (Building B) but there are cops here all the time responding to other buildings. Garages are provided for free but most use them just to store all their stuff and they park elsewhere on the property or on the street. Cars on the street are vandalized frequently. Rains turn our sidewalks into lakes. Drainage is poor. Stairwell lighting needs to be improved. It often "blinks" throughout the night. We thought things might be getting better, since many cosmetic changes have begun, but once again management is changing. This will be manager #6 in 4 years. We will be moving when our lease ends.
