This is an older building w/ still original appliances/carpeting. The management is fine, but when an off-site appliance repairman suggested that they replace our dishwasher, they said ok but nothing ever happened. They don't accept pets, but I've seen some people w/ them. The parking lot is planned out annoyingly and people from the neighboring apartment buildings fill up the lot on nights and weekends. The carpet is horrible & there is a nonrefundable carpet cleaning fee included in the deposit. The main benefits are the W/D and the neighborhood (close to WWU). I lived here for a year & a half but wouldn't recommend it because the building is old and needs to be remodeled and updated - also found mold in bathroom and around windows. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
